This policy describes how Crynel uses information on this website and in the Crynel native app. Crynel is operated by Karan Chatlani. For privacy questions, contact privacy@xiy.ai.
Information you provide
When you sign in to the native app with Google or Apple, the sign-in provider supplies an account identifier and, when available and permitted by you, your name, email address, and profile information. Crynel uses the provider’s authentication service; your Google or Apple password is not sent to Crynel.
The app can also process the information you choose to provide through your player profile and social features, including your display name, avatar and cosmetic selections, friend requests, and messages. If you contact us by email, we receive the message and the contact information you include.
Game and technical information
Crynel processes live match state, player presence, match results, progression, and account-linked selections or inventory to operate the app. Service providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses, request information, and service logs.
How information is used
- To authenticate your account and maintain your player identity.
- To run matches, connect players, and provide the app’s social features.
- To store match history, progression, profile settings, and inventory where those features are available.
- To investigate errors, prevent abuse, and respond to support or privacy requests.
What other players can see
Player-facing features can show your chosen display name, avatar, public player identifier, selected cosmetics, presence, and game activity. Messages are shared with their intended recipients. Your account email and real name are not intended as public player-profile fields, but information you put in your public display name or messages can be visible to others.
Service providers
Crynel uses Google Firebase for authentication and live app services, and Cloudflare for website delivery, APIs, asset delivery, and durable app data. Google and Apple also process information when you use their respective sign-in options. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.

This website and local storage
This public website does not require an account or include an advertising or analytics script. Our hosting provider may process connection information or use security mechanisms to deliver and protect the website. The native app uses local storage for preferences, cached artwork, and app state; sign-in services manage the credentials needed to maintain your session.
Retention and your choices
Account and game information may remain stored to operate the service, support your account, investigate abuse, or meet applicable obligations. Different categories have different purposes: live state is used for active play, while account records and match history support ongoing use.
You can choose what you include in your profile and messages, sign out of the app, and manage Crynel’s access through your Google or Apple account settings. Signing out or removing the app does not itself delete server-side records.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your Crynel account information, email privacy@xiy.ai. Include your public Crynel ID or the sign-in email associated with your account. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
